  • Cavity wall facade and aluminium windows with a high quality lacquered finish, and Climalit double glazing. The balcony doors are made of laminated glass with an insulating chamber. The aluminium external blinds are motorised and controlled by wireless remote controls in the bedrooms.

  • The kitchens are fully furnished and equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, extractor and microwave. The high quality ceramic tiles have been painted according to our architects’ bespoke design.

  • The ceramic floor tiles are of the highest quality with matching skirting throughout the apartments. The bathrooms and lavatories also feature high-end ceramic wall tiles.

At Casangular we are aware of the importance of having excellent sound insulation, to block out noise coming from your neighbours next door, as well as below and above your apartment.

All our apartments have soundproof cavity walls with acoustic insulation foil to avoid getting distracted by noise from neighbours and common areas such as hallways and corridors. All apartment floors and load-bearing trafficable roofs throughout the building feature a special soundproof sheeting.

We also care about your safety and for this reason, in addition to a careful study of materials, evacuation routes and personal security features, we have installed a smoke detector and fire blanket in each apartment for the safety of you and your family.

Common areas

El Tesoro boasts a swimming pool on the roof with sea views and a sun deck, wood finishes following the architects’ design, non-slip flooring, outdoor furniture and showers. The loft terraces have sun decks with a wood and ceramic tile flooring and artificial grass. The gardens on the ground floor provide water and electrical intakes.

With your utmost comfort in mind, we plan to install a Wi-Fi connection so you may stay in contact with your friends and family throughout the common areas of El Tesoro, even in the swimming pool area.

We are committed to environmental care and for this reason we have installed a range of features, from solar panels and hot water storage heaters in order to save energy, to LED lighting in the apartments and common areas. We have also pre-installed charge points for plug-in cars in the garage and pre-installation of air conditioning in each apartment.
